    Join Bri Rice, Nurse and Doula for a monthly Perinatal Support Circle the third Sunday of every month. Tea and refreshments will be served. All are welcome, including partners/ support humans!

    Expect to engage in conversation around all things childbirth with other expecting or new parents. The goal is to be a safe space— to feel held during the unknowns of pregnancy as well as into those first few tender months postpartum.

    I use my years of experience as a Labor & Delivery RN combined with my experience as a Certified Birth Doula to provide you with conscientious birth support that has a “love first” mindset. “Baby Love” Baby & Me Valentine’s Yoga

  • Join "Miss Rachel" (the yoga one) of Healthy Chicks for a special Valentine’s Day-themed class with your little love. You can expect engaging songs, a series of yoga-inspired exercises for baby, as well as gentle movements for the parent sprinkled in throughout. Class will end with a mindful exercise and Savasana with your sweetie.

    Baby yoga can help promote digestion, introduce body awareness, create a special bonding experience, and allow new parents & caregivers to connect in a judgement-free zone.

    This class is best suited for babies ages 6-week to pre-crawlers and their grownups.
